I decided that the tofu60 black case i bought via /r/mechmarket is fine but nothing special. It had the characteristic metal sound I do not like. So I decided to fill out the case with some silicone:
- added a custom made silicon dampener ~ 280g
- added foam between PCB and plate
- added foam between case stand-offs and PCB (prevents the harsh tipping experience)
- Gateron Black lubed with Krytox GPL 205g0
- Everglide Stabs
- YMDK PCB
- some cheap but amazing YMDK PBT keycaps
